Looking to find that special summer activity to fuel the passion of your creatively bent teenager? In fact, Mia Adams may have just the solution for your child. Ms. Adams has been in the design field for nearly two decades. Over the years, the children of clients and friends have expressed a genuine interest in decorating. Seeing their enthusiasm and curiosity, she realized that she could teach kids about design by using a special mix of digital technology in conjunction with hands-on projects like floor plans, color mixing, internet design sourcing and more.

"The Summer Workshop is for the young design aficionado. The program may be beneficial for someone who may be thinking about design as a future career, or for those "on the verge of a decorating makeover".

Interior design is a life skill that anyone can benefit from learning.

The Workshop encourages dynamic creativity and enjoyable problem solving through programmatic space analysis, the use of color, texture, imagination, and crafty decorating skills.

We aim to inspire and empower teens to create comfortable, organized, and personal design statements, reflecting individual interests and skilled use of color choices.

So, if you know a teen who is crazy about interior design and loves to decorate, this creative Studio Workshop could be an ideal opportunity for them to rev up their fun dial, and release that inner designer!" explains Ms. Adams
